Promotions

The "2022 New Year Giveaway" (henceforth, "Giveaway") is a social media promotion hosted on the Instagram platform in January 2022. Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered, or otherwise affiliated with Instagram in any way.

How to Participate

To participate, entrants must follow @spotted.photo on Instagram AND perform one or more of the following actions on Instagram:

1. Comment on the 2022 New Year Giveaway promotional post, tagging at least one other person in the comment.

2. Share the 2022 New Year Giveaway promotional post on their Story and/or Feed, tagging @spotted.photo in the shared post.

3. Sign up for the Spotted Photography email list at spottedphoto.com/newsletter (new subscribers only).

Each entrant may earn up to three (3) entries into the Giveaway using the methods above. By liking, commenting, and sharing the promotional post, entrants in the Giveaway agree that they will follow @spotted.photo at least until the close of the Giveaway period and their information will be collected for the administration of the promotion. Additionally, any Instagram users who participate in the promotion agree that they may be directly solicited for promotional and marketing purposes but are under no obligation to provide more information.

Giveaway Prize

One (1) Grand Prize of $400 Promotional Credit will be awarded to one (1) entrant at the close of the Giveaway. Winner to be selected by random selection. Odds of winning dependent on number of entrants. Promotional credit of $400 has approximate retail value of $400.00 USD, is valid for six (6) months from the date of Giveaway close, and is only redeemable for Retainer and Day of Session booking fees for personal photography sessions within 25 miles of Spotted Photography, LLC., 10 Linden St, North Easton, MA 02356. No additional products or services are required to be purchased in order to redeem the promotional credit.

Terms & Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited. Giveaway is open to residents of the following states: Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Vermont, New York, or Maine. Winner must be 18 years or older as of 01/01/2022. Giveaway begins at 12:00:01 AM ET on 01/01/2022 and ends at 12:00:01 AM ET on 01/15/2022. Winner will be announced by 5:00:00 PM ET on 01/15/2022. One (1) Grand Prize available, ARV $400.00 USD, not redeemable for cash and non-transferable. By participating in the Giveaway, the winner of the Grand Prize agrees that any photography resulting from the use of their promotional credit will be available for promotional or marketing use by Spotted Photography, LLC with no limitations. In order to redeem the promotional credit, winner must agree to and sign a photography contract that describes the agreement to produce photographs as well as have all participants in the shoot sign a model release (may be a single combined release). If the first announced winner cannot accept the Grand Prize for any reason within 72 hours of being notified, an alternate winner will be selected. If the alternate winner cannot accept the Grand Prize for any reason within 72 hours of being notified, the Grand Prize may be offered to alternates until an eligible winner is selected or the Grand Prize may be voided, at the discretion of the Giveaway provider.
